Our menu has been carefully created by our chefs and kitchen team to represent the fusion of the very best Icelandic and European culinary arts have to offer. We do not adhere to any one particular type of cuisine or style as we prefer to conjure up creative dishes mostly from local ingredients available at any given time. We take great pride in offering a great selection of juicy and delicious steaks. We also make a point of reducing selection anxiety by offering smaller courses, so that you can indulge your senses by having a few, rather than just one.
Múlaberg has a buzzing and multi awarded cocktail bar, where tremendous effort has been put into creating fun and delicious cocktails with delightful twists. Our wine list has a great variety of wines, carefully selected to complement our menu. Our waiters and bartenders, who are at the very top of their profession, make sure your taste buds will be satisfied and perhaps ever so slightly tipsy when you leave.
Múlaberg Bistro & Bar opened in 2013 after extensive renovations, but before that the restaurant was called the Rose Garden and had been operating for years.
Múlaberg has always shared a house with the historic Hotel Kea and enjoys sharing the house with this prestigious hotel.
Many incredible chefs and waiters have worked in this house throughout the decades and it is our goal and our ambition to continue that legacy.
